On july 12th, with the decision of the single shareholder of Oma Ehitaja, the companys share capital was increased. Increasing of the share capital is the first part of realising the agreements made when the company was started. The share capital was increased by 600 ***000 kroons in face value.The whole investment, together with the premium par, is 900 ***000 kroons. After increasing the share capital AS Oma Ehitajas share capital together with the premium par, is 9 ***500 ***000 kroons. In addition to the majority shareholder OÜ Oma Grupp, the companys management board members were also included into the shareholders group.
